From administrative point of view, the settlement lying on the left bank of the Olt River belongs to Sepsiszentgyörgy. It is famous for its Unitarian church, which is considered to have the value of a monument. In the 15th century the church built in Romanesque style was decorated with Gothic stylistic elements. Other Gothic devices have come to the surface lately such as the entrance dating back to 1497, the doorframe of the sacristy, the stone grid of the Gothic windows, and sequences of the wall-painting that represent scenes of the wedding in Canaan, which can be seen on the external wall. Inside, specialists have opened up sequences of the Szent László Legend, the Passio series, those of Mary in Gown and sequences of the Last Supper. The Reformed church of the settlement built in 1615, was reconstructed at the beginning of the 18th century. From an architectural point of view, the following buildings are worth mentioning: the arcades of the Szilágyi Mansion, which was partly reconstructed in the 18th century, House Czakó built in 1813, and House Székely-Pótsa built in Empire style, which not long ago was completely redecorated.
