St. Ladisla's church

The construction of the church was finished in 1742 and the tower's in 1800. Inside the building we can find the oldest altar of the city which is dated to 1730. On the altar we can observe St. Ladislau who gives the key of the city to the bishop of Oradea. The frescos of the vault were painted in 1908 by Turz Gyula and it presents different aspects of the sanctioned king's life: how he made the water to spring from a rock or when he built the church of Oradea.
